These are total Reviews charges for the cycle, including the $4.99 recurring base. All tiers include the same review features. Orders are counted across the store, not only orders influenced by a widget. A higher minimum tier selected in the app also applies.
Every Reviews-only tier below includes a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscriptions. No Reviews subscription or usage charges apply during the trial. After it ends, the recurring base and order-volume charges below apply. Changing tiers does not restart a trial. AI Sales Chat and the combined plan do not include a free trial.

One answered customer turn counts as one message, including preset answers. Split reply bubbles count once. Automatic greetings, failed requests and retries are not additional billable messages.

The next $2.50 block starts only when you exceed the previous allowance. Usage resets at the start of your subscription cycle, not on the first day of the calendar month. Your current usage and renewal date are shown in Billing.
For example, up to 10 store orders and 60 answered messages cost $4.99 for Reviews + $12.50 for Chat = $17.49 for the combined plan.
The maximum selectable Chat spending limit is $3,000.00 per cycle, including its base price. New Reviews subscriptions have a separate $150.00 usage limit, plus their $4.99 recurring base. In the combined plan these limits add together. A limit is a ceiling, not an automatic charge; you pay the base plus actual usage under the rules above.
Adding AI during a Reviews trial requires explicit consent to end the remaining trial and begin the paid plan. Plan-specific discounts apply only to the plan and components stated with the code. Existing merchants may retain legacy prices or promotions; their current terms and any proposed changes are shown before Shopify approval. This page does not change any existing subscription.
